Buyer agrees to purchase the following miniature horse named and described as follows:

Total purchase price is $________. A deposit of $ was received on ____________. Balance owed is $_________ to be paid on or before pick-up date. Buyer will arrange and pay for transportation costs. Any money paid towards purchase of said horse is fully refundable if horse suffers health problems or dies before transport. Once in the care of transport company or owner, no guarantees are made by seller.

Seller will provide Encevac-T (or comparable) vaccination and will provide proper health care until pick up. Any health papers, coggins, etc. needed for transport will be paid by seller unless the purchase price of the horse is less than $500.

If the buyer backs out of the transaction for reasons other than bad health of the horse or death of the horse, seller will keep 20% of the agreed purchase price.
