A 20% non-refundable deposit (see contract link) will hold each foal until weaning at around four months of age. Coggins and health papers will be provided for horses sold for $500 or higher, and foals will be up to date on vaccinations (no WNV), worming, and hoof care. Each horse sells with a halter and lead rope.   

SALES CONTRACT
